All product shipping quotes are for FedEx Ground Delivery only. Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds reserves the right to use UPS when deemed beneficial to the customer. Extra charges will apply for any FexEx special delivery requests listed below, all prices are in US funds:

- Adjustable Beds delivery have "White Glove" delivery and setup included in the posted price. All prices are for the electric adjustable base only, mattress is NOT included please contact us if more information is required.
- United States - Free Shipping on all Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds products using FedEX Ground to Continental USA. (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please request shipping quote via the contact us page.)
- Canada (International) - When purchasing any Air Mattress Bed, Adjustable Bed, Memory Foam Bed or Talalay Latex Bed using FedEX Ground, you get 2 FREE Contour Memory Foam Pillows w/covers

Custom Shipping Options
All custom shipping options will incur additional charges.
FedEx Home DeliveryŽ is on a different schedule than FedEx Standard. The delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday excluding Holidays. Delivery time is 9 AM-8 PM.
FedEx Home DeliveryŽ has Premium Service options available for a minimal fee. The delivery options enable you to further meet the needs of your customer by offering them a scheduled or evening delivery.
FedEx Date Certain Home DeliveryŽ Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. 9 AM-8 PM This date cannot be before the standard transit time, and must be no later than two weeks after the standard transit time. FedEx will call customer for delivery date when shipment arrives at destination terminal.
