Your Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds purchase is warranted from the date of original retail sale as validated by proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that you would need repair or replacement of your Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds product purchase, you will be required to demonstrate proof of purchase. Please keep this warranty and your receipt of purchase together.
Your Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds product is quality-assured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The manufacture will replace or repair defective components that impair serviceability to the product other than normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to this expressed warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied, nor does this warranty cover so-called incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty is null and void when any unauthorized components are used in conjunction with any Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds product. Normal leveling of materials or body impressions, which occur with all upholstered products, are not covered under this warranty. Any stretching or conforming of the product is a natural part of the breaking in process for all sleep systems and accessories. This will vary according to body proportion, size and type of product. Covers which are soiled are not returnable for any reason. Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds assumes no responsibility in connection with the cleaning or laundering of the air system’s cover.
Transportation cost to and from our facility is the responsibility of the purchaser. The manufacturer will replace or repair defective components based on percentages of manufacturers suggested retail price at time of defect. Repair or replacement of component does not extend the limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period. In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the warranty period, the product will be replaced or repaired using the warranty scales for each Cloud 9 Air Mattress Beds product below.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee - You have 30 days from receipt of the product to try it out , if you feel you are not happy with it, then we will refund the total payment after any discount. The refund would be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account and would be done through Paypal. This guarantee is voided if the product is ruined, stained, damaged in any way or doesn't come back in it's origional packaging. So please keep the origional packaging just in case!!
Shipping the item back and any associated costs is the responsibility of the consumer.
